Before sending us a mixing head or component for repair, please contact our service department and report the type & condition of the unit as well the symptoms of failure so we can best determine the cause of failure. This will help in expediting your repair. We will provide you with an RMA form to include with the shipment or you can download one here. Please package appropriately to protect your property, preferably in a wooden or plastic crate, leaving no extra space inside to allow for movement.
Depending on how fast you need your Mix Head returned to you, we can overnight it if we get an approval before 10AM PST. Please provide your preferred shipping method and shipper account number along with your PO.
